Oh, wait they are not safe. If you pay attention to commercials, they are extremely dangerous. They are also allowed to advertise them; that is great give everyone all the information that they would need to tell thier doctor. Why ...Aren't prequalifications for the loan enough? Why does the government need to go into the business any further than it is. Of course if you plan on bailing out mortgagews for eternity, lenders have no reason to fear or tighten up on the prequalifications.
